WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH — Wilmington’s longest-running spring festival has added a family-friendly holiday event.
“Jingle on the Beach” will take place Dec. 10, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Wrightsville Beach Park event stage. The Saturday happening will feature pictures with “beachy” Santa, arts and crafts, snacks, and youth performances.
There will also be an appearance by Azalea Festival Princess McKinley Lanier.
Tickets are $15 for children or $5 for adults if purchased in advance. Tickets bought the day of go up to $20 for kids.
A portion of the proceeds raised by the event will benefit Big Buddy and Cape Fear Volunteer Center.
