WILMINGTON — A missing person alert has been issued for a white, 38-year-old female.
Charity Rouse was last seen at the Cando Street bus station in Wilmington two weeks ago. She has long brown hair and eyes. What she was wearing at the time of her disappearance and which direction she was traveling is unknown.
The WPD said she could be in the Brunswick County area and is known to use drugs.
