WILMINGTON — In honor of June being National Homeownership Month, the City of Wilmington will host a support exhibit for residents looking to buy a home.
The department of city’s community development and housing departments will hold an Affordable Lending Exhibition June 25 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the MLK Center, 401 South 8th St.
The event will feature mortgage lenders who offer affordable mortgage loan products such as 100% financing, down-payment assistance or first-time homebuyers’ programs. The event is free and open to the public.
