WILMINGTON — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office released a missing person alert.
Oscar Agustin Castro Ramirez went missing Apr. 5 and was last seen at 814 Kings Grant Rd. Ramirez has a red Volkswagen Jetta with a NC tag number ELV5907.
The outfit Ramirez was last seen wearing is unknown. Ramirez has tattoos on both arms, his right limb features a full sleeve.
The 32-year-old Hispanic man stands 5’6″ and weighs approximately 200 pounds. His hair color is black and he has brown eyes.
