Downtown shooting leaves 23-year-old male dead

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department are investigating a shooting that left 23-year-old Oarmonz Dikal Days dead on Thursday.

The police responded to a ShotSpotter alert at 6th and Nixon streets around 2:50 p.m. on March 11, according to a release. They found Days in critical condition and immediately had him transported to NHRMC, where he was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
