CFPUA will remain closed for in-person service through Friday

WILMINGTON — On Jan. 26, CFPUA announced it would temporarily suspend in-person service because of Covid-19 exposure among staff. The utility company announced Jan. 27 it will remain closed through Friday, Jan. 29.

The self-service kiosk will stay open in the lobby at 235 Government Center Dr. Customers also may continue to service their accounts by calling 910-332-6550 or accessing their accounts online at CFPUA.org.

CFPUA will announce on its website CFPUA.org when it reopens its customer service centers.
