WILMINGTON, NC—The Wilmington Police Department is asking for any information leading to the arrest of Shaquan Palmer.
Palmer is wanted in connection to the July 9, 2020 homicide of a 15-year-old on Carolina Beach Rd. and Matteo Dr. Palmer has been charged with first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle, and inflicting serious bodily injury.
