Shots were heard in the Market Street parking deck’s fourth floor on May 11 around 2:30 a.m.; police believe two men are involved. WPD said the black car in one of the photos it released on Tuesday is registered to an address near Camp Lejeune, the Marine base in Jacksonville.

Neighbors and witnesses reported hearing multiple shots. According to WECT, the police department said four people were detained but released and unarmed, after witnesses pointed them to a red car they saw leaving the deck.

Anyone with information regarding the photos should contact the WPD at 910-343-3609.
