WILMINGTON — A street near the City of Wilmington headquarters will be temporarily closed Monday; the closure is planned for the next three days.

According to Cape Fear Public Utility Authority, an emergency sewer repair will take place in the 100 block of Harnett Street, adjacent to the Skyline Center.

The closure started at 9 a.m. and will be closed to traffic between North Front and the one-way section of Nutt Street; however, Nutt will remain open to local traffic. There will be no left turns allowed onto Harnett.

As well, traffic turning from North Front onto Harnett will be blocked.

The underground parking lot at the Skyline Center will remain accessible from the one-way portion of Nutt Street, via right turn onto Harnett Street.
