WILMINGTON — Law enforcement made an arrest Sunday evening when reports came in that a man was waving a handgun in the 100 block of Front Street.
38-year-old Noel Dolliole of Wilmington has been charged with going armed to the terror of the public, second degree trespass and concealing a firearm after consuming on a prohibited premise.
The Downtown Task Force responded to a call at 9:30 p.m. about Dolliole, who had been banned from a bar but had returned. Witnesses said Dolliole started waving a handgun, which he also had displayed at other venues around Downton. A bar employee apprehended the gun before police arrived to the scene.
