Wilmington, NC – The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce has announced its lineup for the 2024 board of directors and executive committee.
Newly appointed individuals to the Wilmington Chamber Board of Directors include notable figures such as:
- Chris Ainsworth, Chief People Officer at nCino
- Tyrone Garrett, executive director of the Wilmington Housing Authority
- Alexis Hunter, community liaison at Wilmington Health
- Shaun Olsen, president and CEO of Cloudwyze
- Brooke Skipper, co-owner of Salt Air Heating & Cooling
- Riley Stephenson, wealth manager at Rockefeller Capital Management
The 2024 Wilmington Chamber of Commerce executive committee consists of:
- Lisa Leath, chair and Chief People Officer at Vantaca
- Jim Hundley, first vice-chair and executive vice president of preconstruction at Thomas Construction Group
- Nicolas Montoya, second vice-chair and general manager of the Blockade Runner Beach Resort
- Stephanie Lanier, immediate past chair and leader of the Lanier Property Group
- Lily Loizeaux, personnel committee chair and human resources leader at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy
- Chakema Clinton-Quintana, at-large member and VP and Director of Channel powered by Live Oak Bank
- Natalie English, president and CEO of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce

Among these distinguished members, English singled out Leath, Chief People Officer at Vantaca, for her new role as board chair in 2024. English commended Leath’s outstanding dedication to local workforce development and talent recruitment, emphasizing her pivotal role in contributing to the NCCareerCoast.com talent recruitment website and the local Tech Talent Collaborative.
The Wilmington Chamber’s board of directors helps shape the region’s stance on critical matters and influencing the business landscape. Their advisory capacity guides areas like public policy advocacy and membership base nurturing.
