WILMINGTON — A shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a Market Street hotel left two men dead and one in custody.
Just after 10 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7, officers with the Wilmington Police Department were called to the parking lot at 5229 Market Street, the address of MainStay Suites. Upon arrival, they found two deceased males.
The names of the men are not being revealed until next of kin is notified and police have an individual in custody who allegedly fired the shots.
The investigation continues and police ask anyone with information to call the WPD at (910) 343-3609 or use the Tip 411 app.
