PENDER COUNTY — A Rocky Point man was arrested on two counts of indecent liberties with a child and misdemeanor sexual battery.
Jose Luis Rios Gracia, 38, was arrested by Pender County Sheriff’s Office detectives for allegedly committing crimes against a 14-year-old. The victim reported the incidents to her parents, who told law enforcement.
Garcia was given a $65,000 secured bond and his first appearance was Monday.
