Road in Carolina Beach closed to through traffic

CAROLINA BEACH — Crews currently working on a stormwater project will shut down a portion of Spartanburg Avenue Monday.

The area from 2nd to 3rd streets south are closed to through traffic. The road will reopen by 5 p.m., according to the town.
