WILMINGTON — Authorities are investigating after a shooting on Friday evening wounded an 18-year-old victim.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, “officers responded to the 200 block of South 12th Street around 5 p.m. Friday in reference to a Shotspotter notification of multiple rounds fired. Upon arrival, officers located a victim with a gunshot wound. EMS transported the victim to NHRMC.”
Police say the investigation is on-going and say bo other information is available at this time.
