WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department is asking for help locating a missing teenager.
Thomas Sebastian Jameson, 17, was last seen on January 8 at Hoggard High School wearing a supreme brown sweatshirt, brown pants, black & white Nike air skate shoes.
