WILMINGTON — A video making its round on social media has caught the attention of the Wilmington Police Department; the video allegedly shows Former MTV Teen Mom Jenelle Evans and her husband David Eason hooking a winch to a truck and illegally towing it out of a parking space.
The caption for the video posted by David Eason on YouTube says, “Learn the right way to deal will [expletive] who think it’s cool to block you in a parking space. Good thing my trailer has a folded tongue that allowed me to get my truck out so I can tow him out of the way, in order to move my boat.”
A man in the video attaches a cable winch from his truck to the rear end of another truck that he alleges “blocked in his boat.” Then he proceeds to tow the vehicle backward as tires screech with the truck still in park.
Wilmington Police have seen the video and are asking for help identifying the owners of the truck he towed.
We were made aware of the video soon after it was posted online and immediately began investigating it. This is an absolutely inappropriate way to handle parking issues. We’re asking the public to help identify the owner of the vehicle being moved. We will keep you updated on the outcome of the investigation,” according to the Wilmington Police Department.
