Officers responded to a call Thursday to address a report of a man peeping under restroom stalls at Independence Mall.

The Wilmington man was identified after a WPD investigation that also found Atalla to be the same individual from an incident last month.

In that incident, WPD officers believe Atalla exposed himself to a 19-year-old individual with autism in the restroom.
