HANOVER COUNTY — Authorities are asking for help to find a man who went missing several weeks ago.
Stephen Ryan Watts, 44, was last seen on Sept. 26 at the Lowe’s Home Improvement store located at 5110 S. College Road in Monkey Junction.
According to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office NHCSO, Watts is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing between 170 and 180 pounds with a slender build. Watts has brown eyes and short brown and grey hair with a beard.
According to NHCSO, Watts was wearing a grey shirt, dark shorts, and tennis shoes when he was last seen. Watts has a scar on the back of his head, and a tattoo of dog tags on his right side.
