OGDEN — The time is almost here for Wilmington’s newest grocery store, Publix, to open its second store in the city in Ogden.
Publix will be located at 7114 Market Street in Wilmington. According to Publix’s website, the grand opening for Publix in Ogden will take place on Nov. 29.
According a Port City Daily article from 2016, Ogden Market Place will be, “Anchored by a Publix grocery store … (and) will include an additional 10 to 15 shops and eateries, as well as a street-front auto care center corner of Market Street and Middle Sound Loop.”
Publix opened its first Wilmington store in 2016 in Pine Valley.
