WILMINGTON — After swiftly selling out their first show, Mannheim Steamroller will add a second performance at the Wilson Center this November.
One of the longest running tours in the music industry, Mannheim has been a “holiday tradition” for over three decades, according to Sonya Johnson, marketing director for Cape Fear Community College.
Chip David, Mannheim Steamroller founder and creator, said “(o)ur first Christmas tour was 33 years ago in 1974 when we played in five cities. Currently, we play an average of 75 cities each year and it is a real privilege to continue sharing the holiday spirit through our performances.”
Mannheim Steamroller will play the Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community Center at 3:30 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21. Tickets for the matinee show are available here.
