Brunswick County Sheriff’s deputies searching for man missing for a month

BRUNSWICK COUNTY — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public assistance in finding a missing man.

Deputies are searching for John Michael Dreelin, a 68-year-old white male with brown eyes and “salt and pepper” hair, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Dreelin was last seen on July 1, on the 1600 block of Midway Road in Bolivia.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, there is concern that Dreelin may suffer from dementia. Deputies believe Dreelin may be driving a silver Ford Escape with NC plate DEL6353.

The Sheriff’s Office are asking anyone with information about Dreelin to contact Detective Brandon Fuller 910-398-5335 or call 911.
