WILMINGTON — Willie Nelson will return to the Port City this fall.
Nelson’s Facebook page announced Tuesday morning that he will be “extending his Labor Day” to perform at The Shell on the Riverwalk on Tuesday, September 5.
Over past 60 years, Nelson has recorded hundreds of songs, including 25 number one singles. His latest release is “God’s Problem Child,” his 61st studio album.
Pre-sale tickets were made available online on Tuesday morning. According to The Shell, general admission tickets will be released through Ticketfly on Friday at 10 a.m. Tickets will range $70-150. This story will be updated with ticket information when it becomes available.
