WILMINGTON — Detectives with the Wilmington Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a teen missing since Saturday.
Jayden “Jay” Adam Johnson, 13, was last seen at about 5 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of South Eight Street, according to Wilmington Police Department Spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay. The teen was reported missing on Wednesday.
Jay is described as a 5-foot 7-inch tall black male, who weighs about 130 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Jay or his whereabouts is asked to contact the Wilmington Police Department at 910-343-3609 or use Text-A-Tip by texting “CRIMES” and start the text with “Tip708.” All calls to Text-A-Tip are anonymous.
