Consider it decadence on wheels.

Ms. Gypsy Daisy Lee, the hot pink and white vintage-style “glamper cafe,” will be making some stops around town ahead of Valentine’s Day, with chocolatier Sue Papach behind the wheel.

Papach, along with her oldest daughter, Katie, own and operate So Sweet Chocolates, a purveyor of hand-crafted, creatively molded treats that are featured in a handful of stores around town. The duo also creates custom orders for weddings, bridal and baby showers and a host of other events.

With the addition of Ms. Lee, the Papachs have been taking their edible designs on the road. Friday, they’ll be parked at Bangz Hair Salon, 1203 43rd St., from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They’ll head down to the Brooklyn Arts District Saturday, when they’ll set up near Eco Chic Blossoms, 703 N. Fourth St.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Wilmington businesses and sharing our love of chocolate to the masses,” Sue Papach noted.

The mobile business will be slinging up a selection of dark chocolate truffles, chocolate covered strawberries, pecan caramel Suzelles, assorted hearts and sweet and salty mixes.

All chocolates are individually packaged for easy gift-giving and start at $3. And they’ll have a few Valentine-themed gift packages starting at $20.
