Wilmington Police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a local gas station Sunday morning.
Wilmington Police Department Spokeswoman Lucy Crockett said at 7:14 a.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to the Scotchman at 4401 Market St., where a suspect held a store employee at gun point and demanded money. The suspect ran with money from the cash register.
Police are searching for a black male suspect who is around 5-feet-5-inches tall. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a black shirt, black bandanna covering his hair and face and black gloves.
