WILMINGTON — Two robbery suspects were detained this morning at the Ramada Inn at 5001 Market St. after an incident police say was likely a drug transaction gone bad.
A witness reported the robbery just off Market Street to police, who then followed the suspects as they drove off in a green Honda Accord. Police apprehended the suspects and detained them for questioning.
Because the victim ran off and could not be located, police said the suspects were not charged and would be released.
