Monday, June 8
The Southport Board of Aldermen will host a special meeting at 9 a.m. in the Indian Trail Meeting Hall to discuss the budget. Meetings can be watched here.
The Brunswick County Planning Board will host a regular meeting at 4 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers. The agenda includes:
- A rezoning request for an 8.8-acre parcel on Mt. Misery Road from Commercial-Intensive to Industrial-General-Conditional-Zoning
- A rezoning request for a 25.1-acre parcel on Southport Supply Road from Rural Residential to Neighborhood Commercial
- Gray Bridge Planned Development consideration consisting of 400 single family homes on 96.43 acres, for a density of 4.15 homes per acre.

The Burgaw Town Council will meet at 4:30 p.m. in the Burgaw Town Center, 108 E Wilmington St. The agenda includes:
