LUNCH COURSE 1
Choose soup or salad

Classic House Salad: Mixed greens with tomato, cucumber, carrots, onions blended cheddar and croutons 

Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine, house dressing, croutons finished with grated parmesan 

Potato & Leek Soup: Silky purée of buttery leeks and Yukon Gold potatoes, gently seasoned and finished with cream and chives.

DINNER COURSE 1
Choose a starter

Lowcountry Crab & Corn Fritters: Two fried beignets filled with sweet corn and lump crab, served with smoked paprika aioli. 

Southern Apple Pecan Salad: Shaved Honeycrisp apples, mixed greens, candied pecans, and dried cranberries with creamy goat cheese, dressed in a bright apple-shallot vinaigrette. 

Drunken Mussels — Six beer-steamed mussels with blistered tomatoes, scallions, andouille sausage, and garlic-butter and beer broth, served with rustic French bread for dipping. 

DINNER COURSE 2
Choose an entree 

Crispy Skillet Chicken Thighs: Pan-seared, crispy-skin chicken thigh finished with a lemon-thyme pan jus, served over creamy stone-ground grits, sauteed exotic mushrooms and scallions. 

Cornbread-Encrusted Crab Cake: Southern-style crab cake crusted in cornbread crumbs with roasted corn, lima bean, and bacon succotash, finished with green tomato remoulade. 

Soy-Chili Glazed Salmon Over Jasmine Rice and Broccoli: A sweet-spicy soy-chili glazed salmon served over fragrant jasmine rice with tender broccoli.

DINNER COURSE 3
Choose a dessert 

Chocolate Mousse Truffle Brownie: Moist chocolate brownie layered with silky chocolate mousse, finished with whipped cream, cocoa dust, and fresh berries. 

Blueberry Cobbler à la Mode: Warm baked blueberries topped with a buttery crumble and served with vanilla ice cream.
