
WILMINGTON –– The University of North Carolina at Wilmington’s Men’s Basketball Team has suspended junior guard Jordon Talley indefinitely, according to to a release from the team on Thursday.
The reason given by Head Coach Kevin Keatts was conduct detrimental to the team. No more information was released.
The 6-foot Talley is a point guard hailing from Richmond Va. According to the college, Talley played in 63 games and has started in 37 games over the past two seasons. He started 16-of-31 games in the Seahawk’s 2015-16 Colonial Athletic Association championship season.
He owns career averages of 8.7 points, 2.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists and made the CAA’s All-Rookie Team in his freshman year, 2014-15, a year in which he started all 20 CAA games. That same year, he was also named to the CAA’s All-Rookie Team, according to Talley’s stat page on the Seahawk’s website.
