High School football heads into the final week of the regular season. Local soccer teams, cross-country runners gear up for championships tournaments over the next few days. UNCW Baseball is hosting a developmental academy for young ball players through the month of November. College basketball is just a few weeks away. Area products are also on the college football field for various programs across the country.
