Omar Sharaf and Ryan Keller scored 10 points apiece to guide Ashley in a 56-43 victory over South Australia.
The Screaming Eagles trailed by two after the opening frame, but held the Aussies to just four points over the next eight minutes to grab a 29-19 lead at the break. Sharaf, Keller and Josh Smiley had eight points each headed into the third quarter, while Jiques Morant chipped in with eight points in the final period to seal the win.

Trailing by double digits at the break, Laney stormed back in the second half to overcome a 14-point deficit following a 62-56 victory against Pender on Tuesday night.
Both teams traded baskets down the stretch until the Bucs took a 59-56 lead with one minute to play in regulation. Chris Bennett then sank 1 of 2 from the free throw line and Laney hit two more from the charity in the final 60 seconds to seal the win.
Bennett recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, while Marquan Miller hit for a team-high 15 points.
Trailing 37-26 headed into the third quarter, Miller scored in transition off the lay-in to knock the deficit to eight with two minutes to play in the period, while Jordan John trained a three-ball followed by a Miller two-point bucket to cut the Patriots’ lead to four moving into the final frame.
Tyler French tied the game early in the fourth quarter and two free throws by Miller made it 51-48 with 5:20 remaining. Bennett kept it a three-point advantage on a traditional three-point play at the four-minute mark, but Pender kept pace over the next few possessions to make it 54-all at 2:41 in regulation.
French added 14 points and nine boards. Miller also dished five assists for the Bucs. Laney outscored the Patriots 18-8 in over the final eight minutes to move to 4-0 overall.

Brandon Gonzales had 12 points to lead South Brunswick. Xavier Williams and Kareem Randolph also added 10 points apiece for the Cougars.

Brian Howell had 12 points and pulled down eight rebounds, while Michael Parker led Coastal Christian with 15 points in the win.
The Centurions trailed by four as the game moved into the fourth quarter, but outscored Bethel 20-9 during the final frame to grab the victory.

Ty Hill had 29 points, seven assists and nine rebounds to lead West Brunswick past Myrtle Beach Christian 80-65 on Tuesday night.
Josh Woodard recorded a double-double for the Trojans with 12 points and 14 boards, while freshman Caleb Gilbert added nine points.

South Australia defeated its second Wilmington school in as many nights following a 63-36 victory against Ashley on Tuesday.
Madi Round led four players in double figures for South Australia with 14 points. Abi Madar added 12, while Brenna McKay scored 11.
Lola Lovitt paced Ashley with 10 points. Dana Craig and Carly Baron had seven apiece.

Taylor Perkins nearly recorded a triple-double in her first game for North Brunswick to help guide the Scorpions past South Brunswick 52-32 on Tuesday.
Perkins had 12 points, 10 steals and seven rebounds in the win.
Danecia Thomas-Price paced the Cougars with 14 points.
