COURSE 1
Choose a starter

Empanadas — Three mini chicken or mini beef empanadas
Yuca Cheese Bites — Crispy bites filled with cheese, served with Aji Amarillo and Bonita Green sauces (new menu item)
Corn Ribs — Roasted corn ribs slathered in a creamy Mexican mayo blend, topped with crumbled cotija cheese, Tajin, and cilantro

COURSE 2
Choose an entree

Acevichado Steak Roll* —Panko shrimp, avocado, and grilled steak finished with house acevichado sauce (Port City Taste exclusive item)
Pollo de Coco — Bone-in chicken simmered in creamy coconut milk with adobo, sazón, peppers, and onions. Served with rice, black beans, and sweet plantains (new menu item)
Chaufa Peruvian Fried Rice — Peruvian-Chinese style wok-fried rice with chicken, vegetables, scrambled egg, and scallions. Served with sweet plantains and topped with crispy plantain strips (new menu item)

Passion Fruit Tres Leches * — Traditional sponge cake soaked in three milks, finished with passion fruit syrup and fresh berries

Choose a starter

Birria-Glazed Bao — Fluffy steamed bao buns lightly seared in rich birria reduction, filled with tender pulled beef, topped with radish, cilantro, cucumber, and scallions. Served with warm consommé for dipping. (Port City Taste exclusive item)
Tuna Nikkei Ceviche — Seared ahi tuna tossed in a sesame soy-ginger sauce with avocado and cucumber, topped with sesame seeds and crispy plantain chips (new menu item)

Course 2
Choose an entree

Zarandeado Lobster Tail* — Lobster tail brushed with smoky chile-lime adobo, served over chaufa (Peruvian-style fried rice) and tostones, with a side of Bonita sauce. (Port City Taste exclusive item)
Churrasco Argentino * — Char-grilled premium skirt steak served with yuca fries, white rice, side salad, and Bonita’s green sauce

Course 3
Dessert

Mango Guava Cheesecake — Silky cheesecake infused with tropical mango and guava, topped with fresh berries and drizzled with mango–passion fruit syrup (new menu item)
