CAROLINA BEACH — Three parking lots in Carolina Beach will be closed on Thursday to accommodate the filming of ABC’s “RJ Decker.”
The Harbor Master, Tennessee and Hamlet lots will be closed August 27 as “RJ Decker” will be filming at the 1200 block of Lake Park Boulevard South. Hamlet’s east side and public restrooms will remain open, and the Tennessee Lot will be closed from August 26 to August 28.
Residents and visitors can expect minor traffic delays in the area throughout the day. Police officers will be on site for traffic control and to ensure continued access for residents, guests and mail carriers.
