LELAND — Owners of Charlotte-based Si Señor are ready to open Papis Chicken, a charcoal rotisserie-style restaurant in Leland’s Westgate community. The restaurant will focus rotisserie style chicken and plans to open up shop in early 2019 at the Shoppes at Westgate off Highway 17.

The restaurant will be a fast-casual concept and other Peruvian inspired dishes will also be featured on the restaurant’s planned menu.
The owners of Papis Chicken first opened Si Señor, a Mexican restaraunt in 2011 in Charlotte and are taking a new and unique approach in their new store.
