Plans for Ogden Starbucks submitted, build out expected in 2019

WILMINGTON—Coffee lovers in Ogden could soon be getting their own Starbucks according to county documents.

The Starbucks will be a 2,200-square-foot building with a drive through, the build out is expected to take place in 2019.

A traffic impact analysis has been submitted to the Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. The coffee shop is planned for the intersection of Middle Sound Loop Road and Market Street, near Bojangles.

According to the county documents, “The TIA recommends improvements be completed at certain intersections in the area. The major improvements consisted of: Convert existing eastbound through lane on eastbound Lendire Road to a through right turn lane. Extend existing right-turn lane on southbound Market Street.”

If approved, the developer will have to request building permits for the facility which will be available to the public.
