LELAND — Corinna Faye Henry Campbell, 71, of Leland, North Carolina, passed peacefully from her earthly life on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
She was born in New Hanover County, North Carolina, daughter of the late Charles Clifford Henry, Jr. and the late Betty Thaye Tharp Rabon.
In addition to her parents, Corinna was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Danielle Phelps; and her sister, Mira Pearl Henry.
Corinna is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Mark Allen Campbell; her children, Jennifer Lacy (Floyd), Amanda O’Dell (Tim) and Terry Pittman; her four grandchildren, Steven Zeigler (Riagan), Jasmine Rabon, Avery O’Dell, and Haylee O’Dell; and her six great grandchildren, Harlem – Rose, Aleven, Greyson, Steven, Legend, and Bentlee.
Corinna thoroughly enjoyed her time spent in nature and found it thrilling to hunt for Morel mushrooms in the mountains. Finding treasures at yard sales and thrift stores was another pastime that Corinna totally enjoyed. Corinna loved her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many including her three puppies. She will most certainly be missed by all those who love her.
