WILMINGTON — Joseph L. Spicer, age 69, of Wilmington, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
A celebration of Mr. Spicer’s life took place Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28402.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his daughter, Portia Mason (William Mason, Jr.) of Warsaw; special friend, Cynthia Rush of Wilmington, one grandchild, two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
