WILMINGTON — Timothy Bryan Smith of Wilmington, NC, passed away on December 26, 2025, following a heroic battle with cancer.
He was born in Wilmington on April 24, 1962, a son of Emerson Bryan Smith and Margaret June Gore Smith. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Susan Victoria Smith and his brother, James Edison Smith.
Timothy graduated from E.A. Laney High School in Wilmington and attended UNC-Wilmington. He served in the United States Army and worked as a butcher for various grocery stores in the Wilmington area.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
