WILMINGTON — Albert (Al) Talbot, 74 of Wilmington, NC died on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at his home at The Woods at Holly Tree. He died peacefully in his sleep after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. In his final months he was surrounded by his good friends
Roger Foley, his daughter Jessica Foley and his girlfriend Zelda Smith.
He was born in Elizabeth, NJ and grew up in Cranford, NJ. He married his wife Deborah and moved to Linden, NJ. After retiring from the Linden Roselle Sewage Authority as a supervisor they moved to Leland, NC.
He was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Talbot, his parents Albert and Mary Alice Talbot, his siblings Alice and Bob.
He is survived by his brother, John Talbot and his wife, Darla and his sister-in-law Lori Talbot; his niece, Jaime Harootunian and her husband Chris, his nephew, Christopher Talbot and his fiancée, Taylor Williams, and his niece, Kayleigh Talbot.
Services are private. Interment will be at Saint Gertude Cemetery in Colonia, NJ.
