LELAND — Brenda Harrison Cole, age 68, of Leland, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025.
A public viewing will take place 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Davis Funeral Home – Wilmington, 901 South 5th Avenue, Wilmington, NC 28401.
A celebration of Mrs. Cole’s life will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 1, 2025 at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, 88 Snowfield Road SE, Leland NC 28451.
Interment will follow at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Her love and memories will remain in the heart of her husband, Kelvin Cole of the home; children, Kevin Cole (Tootie) of Raleigh, NC, Brenda Charity Cole Conrad (Torianto) and Mary Chevon Cole both of Greensboro, NC, and step-daughter, Tamara Chavis-Nelson (Raheem) of Wilmington, NC; siblings, Sharrieff Abdullah (Jalaika) of Glendale, MD and Elizabeth Gail Harrison of Leland, NC, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
