WILMINGTON — Joann Stokes Odynsky, 90, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Middletown, NY and Orange, CA.
She was born on May 18, 1934 and passed away on November 10, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by family.
Joann was the daughter of the late Joseph and Opel Stokes and a member of the Long Leaf congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Myron “Joe”; daughter, Lana; sons, Stephen and Michael and grandson, Denton.
Survivors include her son, Joseph; daughter, Diana Allgauer (Mark), as well as ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place in Middletown, NY, at a later date.
