WILMINGTON — Barbara Jane Lehrschall, 70, of Raleigh, passed away July, 15, 2024.
She was born in Wilmington, NC, August 26, 1953, to the late Robert Joseph Lehrschall and Evelyn Smith Lehrschall.
Barbara was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. She loved to serve others and was a very active member of her church. She loved spending her time with her family and friends and truly cherished it.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Lehrschall.
Survivors include her siblings, Gloria Howard Clark and Robert Lehrschall, Jr.; children, Brian David Lehrschall, Brett Joseph Lehrschall and wife Melinda, Bradley August Valentine and wife Allison and grandchildren, Morgan Lehrschall, Natalie Lehrschall, Lucy Lehrschall, Bryce Lehrschall, Michael Lehrschall, Ida Valentine and Charlotte Valentine.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 19, 2024, at Wilmington Stake Center, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 514 College Rd., Wilmington, NC.
The family will receive visitors one-hour prior beginning at 1 p.m.
Burial will follow the service at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UNC Division of Geriatrics Endowment Fund
