LELAND — Joe L. Barnett, Jr., age 56, of Leland, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
A celebration of Mr. Barnett’s life will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28401. A viewing will be held one (1) hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Hoopers’ Cemetery.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Andrea L. Hooper Barnett of the home; children, Jamar Barnett of Charlotte and Tiffany Barnett of Tampa, FL; parents, Joe L. Barnett, Sr. and Dorothy Barnett of Wilmington; siblings, Betty Shaw of Wilmington, Regina Barnett of Raleigh, Sonya Rivers of Raleigh, Steven Barnett (Cindy) of Wilmington and Keith Barnett (Jana) of Colorado Springs, CO and a host of other relatives and friends.
