WILMINGTON — Dennis Keith Poling, 77 passed away after a long illness the morning May 26, 2024 after a brief hospice stay.
Dennis was born in Grafton, WV and moved to his wife’s home town of Wilmington, NC in 1997. Dennis was a Proud United States Marine and a preacher. He loved Jesus and Church. His hobbies were Music and Movies
Dennis is survived by his wife Marie of 57 years. His son Jeremy and his wife and children (Cindy, Brendon & Caden) His daughter Gina Cline and her Husband and Child (Ronnie & Madison) His daughter Mallissa Stevens and her children and their Father (William, Kaleb & Barry. 2 Fur Babies (Charlie Brown & Daisy May)
His Sister Sharon Bush and Brother Jerry Poling.
He is preceded in Death by his parents; Clyde & Vera. His Brothers Bud, David, Glen, Harold, Rex & Richard. His Sisters Marion and Pat.
Dennis never met a stranger. He was very no nonsense and honest. He would literally give his last dollar and the shirt off his back. He entertained everyone he met. He was a true comedian. He will be missed by his family and many others.
