WILMINGTON — James “Jimmy” Willard Jones (84) Otherwise known as “Top Cat” died at his home on Friday, November 24, 2023 in the company of his loving wife of 64 years Donna May Hubbard Jones.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Donna of Wilmington, his sister Barbara Jones Stinchcomb of Baltimore, Maryland. His son James Allen Jones of California, his Daughter’s Jennifer Jones Williams (husband Tony) and Jeanne Jones Finucan (husband Jeff) both of Wilmington. He is also survived by his youngest son Jack Aubrey Jones (wife Christa) of Wilmington. Jimmy has 6 Grandchildren, Mandy, Kimberly, Michael, Kit, Bree & Noah along with 5 Great-grandchildren, Akiaya, Alayna, Aliyah, Paisley, Beaux and 2 Grand dog’s, Whiskey & Bouy.
Arrangements for a memorial service along with a more detailed Obituary are currently being made by his adoring children Jeanne & Jack.
Truly one of a kind, “Top Cat” will be missed.
