Ayden Breslerman-Lunsford, 41

Ayden Breslerman-Lunsford (Coastal Cremations and Funeral Care)

WILMINGTON — Ayden Francis Breslerman-Lunsford, of Wilmington, NC departed to eternal rest on Thursday, November 2, 2023 unexpectedly, and far too soon at the age of 41, due to complications with pneumonia. She passed away with her loving husband and sister by her side.

She was born in Deal, NJ on August 3, 1982, daughter of the late Lee Breslerman and Anne Marie Breslerman. She was preceded in death by her sister, Arielle Breslerman; son, Noah Ecker; brother-in-law, Will Cantey; and her beloved White Shepherd/Grey Wolf, Kye.

Ayden was vivacious with the sweetest, most giving soul. She was a devoted wife to her husband and loved her family fiercely. Losing her mother and a sister early in life, gave Ayden the perspective to unconditionally cherish those near and dear to her heart. The love she has given to those close to her is irreplaceable and her memory will live on through them. She was the type of person that would do anything to help someone, even a stranger, because she hated to see anyone struggling or in pain. She loved time with friends and family, and could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. You could always expect to see Ayden carrying herself with elegance and a bit of sparkle. She lit up any gathering that she was a part of and especially loved reggae shows. Ayden was a Brand Ambassador and studied cosmetology. She was in the process of becoming an esthetician. Words cannot express this loss, Ayden will be greatly missed.

Ayden is survived by her devoted husband and soulmate, Michael Lunsford and Siberian Husky, Nakita; Step-mother, Virginia Sawyer, In-laws, Michael (Sandra) Lunsford; brother Ian (Sara) Breslerman, sister Mari-Tess Breslerman; brother-in-law Marshal (Alexis) Lunsford; niece Arielle Breslerman; nephew, Drew McIntyre; Step-sisters, Lauren Hirsh, Kristen (John) Gibson, step-nieces & nephews; close friend, Dylan McIntyre; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.

A private celebration of life will be planned in Ayden’s honor as was her wish.
