WILMINGTON — Janet Sue Armstrong, 74, of Wilmington passed away on Thursday March 2, 2023 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
She was born September 30, 1948 in Syracuse, NY the daughter of the late Charles Armstrong and Lois Vanatta Armstrong.
Surviving is her husband, Martin Kedzierski, a brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
