ROCKY POINT — Margaret Rebecca Walker, age 88 of Rocky Point, NC, passed away at The Laurels of Pender on October 17, 2022.
Margaret was born on July 25, 1934 to the late Carl and Hazel Kopp in DuBois, PA.
Margaret is survived by her daughter Robin Walker and son Andrew Walker, Jr. (Amy) and their son Hunter, and many other extended family members and friends who loved and will miss her. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her loving husband Andrew “Bud” Joseph Walker, Sr. brothers Carl and Byron and her sister Imogene.
There will be a Memorial Service for Margaret at McClure Memorial Presbyterian Church at 5908 Castle Hayne Road Castle Hayne, NC 28429 on Monday, December 17 at 11 a.m. Inurnment for Margaret and her late husband, Andrew, will follow at Riley’s Creek Memorial Cemetery at 2111 Clarks Landing Loop Road Rocky Point, NC 28457.
