WILMINGTON — Billy F. Williams, 83, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. He was the loving husband of Kitty Williams.
Billy was a veteran of the US Air Force, and of the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Department.
